You know no one likes to be judged.

So why judge yourself so harshly? Why beat yourself up over something you imagine you could have done better?

So what if you made a mistake. It’s how you learn. Course correction is the secret to sailing through life. A mistake is only a failure if you don’t learn from it.

Ease up a little. Breathe a touch deeper. Forgive yourself.

You can only do the best you can.
