What if someone asks you a question and you don’t have the answer?

Don’t try and bluff them. Don’t pretend you know something you don’t. Don’t bluster. Or fluster.

Admit if you don’t know something. Promise you’ll investigate and get back to them.

And then deliver on your promise.
