The era of design as problem-solving is over.

It’s too reactive in a world where the future arrives too damn fast.

As a c reative you must now be a problem seeker, finding and anticipating problems before they arrive at your desk. Because by that point, it’s already too late.

Look for problems that aren’t even a problem yet.
