# Value of life

All the work we do is supposed to generate more freedom, more leisure.

So why are we working and designing and writing and directing and producing harder than ever? Why has our leisure time evaporated?

We’re so stressed we feel guilty if we’re not working, not doing something day and night. Maybe we feel a sense of control in these slightly unsteady time. Maybe by constantly focusing on work we can justify not stopping to pause and consider more important values.

Like the value of life itself.
