How do you overcome life’s many and varied difficulties?

How do you not lose your mind when everyone is losing theirs and everything is turning to shit?

Quieten down. be aware. Pay attention. Don’t let the hurly-burly swirl you along. Don’t let the screaming drown out your thoughts.

Step out of your ego and habits and expectations. Remember that you cannot change anything that’s happened. No matter how hard you try.

All you can change is how you react to something that’s happened.

When things fall apart, make sure you don’t join them.
