The benefit of a schedule

Putting yourself to a schedule really does help.

Telling yourself you’re going to write/draw/paint/dance/design/code between, say, 8am and 11am, really does focus you.

Scheduling helps you avoid disruptions and distractions. It commits you to a course of action you have predetermined to serve you. It’s the best way of making your future come true.

It’s your life. It’s your time. Schedule it accordingly.
