How to get rid of existential dread

We all suffer from it more than we know.

That slow creeping anxiety that the world (and everything is it) is going to hell. Literally.

The rainforests are on fire, birds are falling out of the sky, bees are disappearing.

One way to cope is to turn a blind eye and pretend climate change isn’t happening. Another way is to blast away reality with drugs and drink. Which is definitely fun for a while until it isn’t. (Of course you could become a nihilist but then everyone will hate you. Including yourself.)

A far better way to relieve that dread is to face the climate crisis head-on. Do what you can to combat climate change. Do the right thing.

Positive change will only happen when we all play our part.

It’s up to us to create a better world.
